Kelly coordinates the Ellsworth School Health Program, which has been in existence since it was originally funded by a substance abuse grant in 2003. The current program includes all eight components of health, as well as being the centerpiece of a community-wide healthy norms marketing campaign. Healthy majority messages from EHS are marketed back to students to reinforce the facts: most students chose healthy behaviors, and not to smoke, drink, or use drugs.
